I thought I would post some pictures of what we did for Father's Day this year. I can't say it enough, Jason is simply amazing in how he is working so hard to support our family while attending seminary at the same time. And he seriously does it all (including coming home every day with the most genuine and sweet desire to spend time with Caleb and me) with such an incredible attitude. We are so blessed to have him as a husband/father! So we decided what he could use best was just a fun afternoon doing something he loves that he rarely gets to do these days because of lack of time...playing basketball!
So Caleb and I made him some basketball cupcakes and a cute note asking him to come play with us! I also got Caleb a mini basketball (in the pic above) so he could take his own ball to the court with Daddy! Jason's present was an ipod, which he has enjoyed playing with...you know men and their toys! Haha!
My boys are so cute!
We also took some sidewalk chalk to the court that we just bought Caleb (it was his first time trying it)! He had a blast, and as you can tell, he marked his territory too! It was so funny, he colored a big circle around himself. We had a ton of fun celebrating Jason and are looking forward to us both finishing work in about a week and half so we can have a few weeks of the summer to relax as a three-some before Rachel comes!

Chalk is so much fun isn't it? Sounds like Jason had a great Father's Day!
Abigail loves playing with chalk too. It looks like y'all had a wonderful weekend! Jason is a special guy:)
I don't think you can go wrong when you give a kid sidewalk chalk. It sounds like Father's day was great for Jason and I am sure he appreciated it immensely. Blessings to you all! st :P~
