A little bit of Caleb, a little bit of Rachel

Here are two fun videos to post. The first is of Caleb dancing during our weekly worship times (every Monday night we devote some time to sing worship/praise songs as a family, and we always do a kid friendly song for Caleb to dance to as well), and the other is of Rachel doing some tummy time. Two things to note, on Caleb's video, I (Val) was singing along and I sound terrible, so I apologize that you all have to listen to that! (Ha ha!) And secondly, on Rachel's video, Jason said accidentally that she was 3 weeks and 4 days old at the time, when she was actually only 2 weeks old and 4 days. The time frame doesn't really matter of course, but in case any of you are keeping track date wise, she is actually 3 weeks and 2 days old today as I post this, so I didn't want anyone to be confused! Enjoy!

Caleb's time with Grammy and Pops!

So as you all know, Rachel came along on July 24th, and during our time at the hospital, my (Val's) parents took care of Caleb for us. Here are some pics and fun videos of his time with them. He did SO great, Grammy and Pops reported that he was a good boy the whole time! Thanks so much again Mom and Dad for helping us out in this way. We love you guys!

This is a video that was taken at Hammond Castle the day before we went to the hospital. I couldn't help but post it, it's so funny watching Caleb run. He swings his arms back and forth and looks totally cute as he motors along!

They took Caleb to a place called Monkey Joe's on the day Rachel was born, which is an inflatable mecca for kids basically. He had a blast! Above is our favorite video of Caleb going down the slide...face first!

Caleb was all tuckered out after an afternoon at Nahant Beach!

This was a sweet video Mom took of Caleb seeing Jason for the first time before we brought Rachel in (we specifically each came in to see Caleb first before having him meet Rachel for the first time once we got home).

On their last day here, Grammy and Pops took Caleb to Hampton Beach to give Jason and me a much needed day of rest at home with just Rachel. They had a full day of fun! Look at the adorable sunglasses they bought him too!
